Akaneiro comix

Hey guys, some of you follow this blog, and I have been silent for some time. I usually don't write much, just post a couple of pix or art. I haven't posted much lately because I've been working my ass off. I made a decission these last couple of years , to make the best with what I've got, and what I got is art-making. To those who check up on this blog and follow it, lemme tell you this. I've been working on some really interesting stuff and there's a massive update coming along.
In the meantime, Akaneiro #3 starts off with a bang. This is the first page.

Conan 8 'CRAAAAAAMG"

II am doing art for Conan the Barbarian , this is from issue 8 . Written by Brian Wood and Published by Dark Horse Comics. There is a big art preview up on Comics Alliance (more pages). One of the tricks that I've learned over the years to keep my seld interested and busy is to do loose pencils and really start drawing while inking. Due the nature of this project the pencils are tight but you get the idea in comparison.
